🔥 [RECRUITMENT] NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR – ETC & BIDDING CHANNEL
🎯 Vision:
Naspharma is seeking a capable “captain” to lead the team and implement a strategy to expand the coverage of prescription drug portfolios in public and private healthcare systems nationwide. This is a key position, directly responsible for revenue growth and the Naspharma brand reputation in the pharmaceutical market.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Establish short-term and long-term business plans for the prescription drug (ETC) line. Set sales targets for each region (Western, Eastern, and Central Vietnam).
- Procurement Management: Directly supervise and monitor the drug bidding process at provincial/central-level Departments of Health and Hospitals. Ensure successful bid rates and optimize product portfolios.
- Network Development: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with Hospital Directors, Drug & Treatment Councils, leading experts, and major distribution partners.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and inspire Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and a nationwide network of Sales Representatives/Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives.
- Market Analysis: Monitor changes in healthcare policies, procurement laws, and competitor activities to adjust strategies promptly.
🎯 Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy or Medicine. An MBA is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of business management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 3 years in a similar position (Sales Manager/Sales Director) specializing in the ETC channel.
- Capabilities: In-depth understanding of the Bidding Law and current regulations of the Ministry of Health regarding prescription drugs.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, high-level negotiation skills, and strong market crisis management capabilities.
- Networking: Having an existing, extensive network of relationships with hospitals and health management agencies is a significant competitive advantage.
