NASPHARMA is expanding its business, focusing on high-quality prescription drugs through a bidding system. We are seeking partners with a deep understanding of the local market and a keen business sense to help us achieve breakthrough sales.

 

📍 Target Area:

– Western Region: Can Tho, Long An, Tien Giang, An Giang, Dong Thap…

– Eastern Region: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria – Vung Tau, Tay Ninh…

– Central Region: Da Nang, Quang Nam, Binh Dinh, Khanh Hoa, Nghe An…

 

💼 Job Description:

– Professional Consulting: Introduce and advise on Naspharma’s prescription drug catalogs to doctors and pharmacists at hospitals, clinics, and major pharmacies in the area.

– Market Development: Seek, establish, and maintain sustainable relationships with strategic partners in the ETC channel.

– Tender Implementation: Support, monitor, implement, and promote sales after drugs have been successfully tendered for inclusion in hospital catalogs.

– Reporting & Feedback: Update market information, competitor data, and customer feedback on product effectiveness.

 

🎯 Candidate Requirements:

– Education: A diploma/college/university degree in Medicine or Pharmacy is a significant advantage.

– Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales through the ETC channel or those with established relationships with local departments and hospitals.

– Skills: Professional communication skills, ability to persuade based on clinical data and medical information.

– Attitude: Honest, self-motivated, and highly responsible towards sales and customers.
