Community-acquired pneumonia
Complicated skin and soft tissue infections
Complicated urinary tract infections, including pyelonephritis
Chronic bacterial prostatitis
Uncomplicated cystitis
Anthrax inhalation: post-exposure prophylaxis and treatment
Uncomplicated urinary tract infections
Acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis
Acute bacterial sinusitis
Contraindications
Patients with hypersensitivity to levofloxacin, other quinolones, or any component of the drug
Patients with epilepsy
Patients with a history of tendon disorders related to fluoroquinolone use
Children and adolescents who are still growing
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding women
