Chỉ định

Indications

Relief of symptoms of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, acute pain, and acute gouty arthritis

Short-term treatment of moderate pain associated with dental surgery

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug

Active gastrointestinal ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding

Patients who have experienced bronchospasm, acute rhinitis, nasal polyps, angioedema, urticaria, or allergic reactions after taking acetylsalicylic acid or NSAIDs, including COX-2 inhibitors

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

Severe liver dysfunction

Creatinine clearance < 30 ml/min Children under 16 years old Inflammatory bowel disease Congestive heart failure Patients with uncontrolled high blood pressure (persistent >140/90 mmHg)

Patients with identified ischemic heart disease, peripheral artery disease, and/or cerebrovascular disease
