Indications

Vaginal use:

To support pregnancy, particularly in:

Progesterone support for ovarian insufficiency or complete ovarian failure in women with impaired ovarian function (oocyte donation)

Luteal phase support in in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles

Luteal phase support in spontaneous or induced cycles, in primary or secondary infertility or reduced fertility, especially due to ovulatory disorders

Threatened miscarriage or prevention of recurrent miscarriage due to luteal phase deficiency, up to the 12th week of pregnancy

Preterm labor

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to progesterone or any excipient of the product

Vaginal bleeding of unknown origin

Presence or suspicion of malignant tumors sensitive to progesterone

Porphyria disorders

Severe liver or kidney dysfunction or liver/kidney disease

Miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy

Active arterial or venous thromboembolism, severe thrombophlebitis, or history of these conditions
