Chỉ định
Indications
Maintenance treatment of hyperammonemia in patients with carbamyl phosphate synthetase deficiency or ornithine carbamyl transferase deficiency.
Maintenance treatment for patients with hyperammonemia caused by citrullinemia or argininosuccinic aciduria.
Supportive treatment for digestive disorders.
Nutritional supplementation for patients with urea cycle disorders such as hyperammonemia type I and II, citrullinemia, argininosuccinic aciduria, and N-acetyl glutamate synthetase deficiency.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to any component of the medicine.
Severe renal failure.
Hyperammonemia due to organic acidemia.
Patients with urea cycle disorders caused by arginase deficiency.
